Developed for 42Below Feijoa Vodka, part of New Zealand's unique 42Below premium Vodka range. This is a delightfully fresh and sophisticated drink that is simplicity itself to make.

Ingredients

  • 45ml 42Below Feijoa Vodka
  • 100ml Ch’i Herbal Mineral Water
  • Cucumber Slice (cut longways)
  • Cubed Ice

Method

  • Cut a long, thin, angled slice of cucumber, about as long as a highball glass and rest it against the inside of the glass
  • Fill with cubed ice
  • Pour in 42Below Feijoa Vodka
  • Charge with Ch'i Sparkling Herbal Mineral Water

Replace the Tonic in your favourite G&T blend with Ch’i It makes a lighter dazzling long drink. Don't forget the slice of lemon!

With a touch of peppermint this is indeed a refreshing summer cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 2 measures Gin
  • 1 measure Crème de Menthe
  • Dash of lime juice
  • Cubed Ice

Method

  • Pour the above into a highball glass with ice.
  • Charge with Ch'i Sparkling Herbal Mineral Water
  • Garnish with mint and sliced lime.
